MYERS AUTOMOTIVE PAYMENT AGREEMENT

(hereinafter referred to as “Client”)

1. Scope of Agreement

This Payment Agreement outlines the terms under which Myers Automotive will provide services to the Client and the terms of payment for those services.

2. Payment Terms

All invoices issued by Myers Automotive are due and payable on the 15th of each month (Net 15th) following the date of billing. Invoices will be issued monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments can be made via check, ACH, or Credit Card. Any disputed charges must be brought to our attention in writing within 5 business days of the invoice date.

3. Credit Limit

An internal credit line has been extended to the Client. Standard Trial Credit Limit: $1,000 for the first 90 days from the effective date of this agreement.

At the end of the trial period, a review will be conducted, and an ongoing credit limit will be determined and documented.

Agreed Ongoing Credit Limit (if different from standard):

Myers Automotive reserves the right to modify or revoke the Client's credit limit at any time based on payment history, account status, or other risk factors.

4. Late Payment & Service Suspension

If payment is not received by the 15th as stated above, the invoice shall be considered past due. Myers Automotive reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without further notice, to suspend or withhold any further services until the outstanding balance is paid in full or a mutually agreed-upon payment plan is established.

Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to additional fees, interest, or collection efforts, including third-party involvement, in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due and payable.

6. Modifications

Any modification to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas.
